This old truck, is from a photo I took last summer at a friends ranch.
It is called:
'I Could have had a V-8'
'Elegance is an Attitude'
we have 2 chairs and a table in the back yard, and I used it for this painting. It is watercolor but I drew in a back ground, and painted in an under-painting first.
Their shows are always so nice. A lot of people come to the opening. They also have an awesome miniature show with entries as far away as England!
It will be 10-4 each day. You will need to bring your own chair, and tv tray or small table.
I will email the address. If you are interested, contact me by July 15th, so I can plan. We always have a lot of fun!
the supply list is listed on the side bar to the right. on this page.
firstname.lastname@example.org is my email address if you want the info on it.

This painting is watercolor and was done from looking at the one in my art room. My art room is decorated with flags, and the pledge of allegiance. The window belonged to my Grandmother from East Texas. There is no telling how old this window is. I folded up a flag and put behind it, and it hangs in my art room today.
We should treasure our country and our freedoms. God Bless America.

Last year I didn't get into the Wyoming Watercolor Show, but this year, I had 2 paintings accepted.
We saw this old car in Ft.Worth back in the spring, and I met this fisherman in Florida. He let me take his photo. He actually tried to pose for me.
