I found out today that I got into the Wyoming Watercolor Society Show with 2 paintings!
Now to get them shipped. Brand'n and The Cowgirl.
These are both painted on 300 pound hot press paper. I really like it because you can smudge the paint and have a softer effect. I haven't gotten to paint since I started working on the new building and I sure have missed it! Hopefully this next week I can start back on something.
This is a blog of my art journey. It has been such fun, and God has blessed me with art. If you want updates of my posts, fill in your email address below. Most everything is for sale, so if you are interested, just email or call me. Everything is my original art and can not be copied or printed. The Copyright belongs to me.

First Class in new Studio
Friday we had our first class in the new building. Half of the students were either sick or gone, so our class was small but we had a lot of fun.
We painted a small still life of a quilt I made years ago. The pattern is the 'Fan' Quilt. I love to paint fabric designs, etc. I finished just part of mine and cropped it down. I now give away my demos, (we draw names) and Carol won this one!
I hope she enjoys it!
