I wanted to experiment some so I cut up small squares from a magazine, then spread some glue on a 9x12 watercolor paper and then dropped the squares onto the paper, gluing them where they fell. Then using a tulip idea drew the tulips and painted it in gouache. I started out with a watery wash at first, then built up the gouache. Is different but was a fun experiment.
