The Singer

This man was Lauries Goldstein-Warren's  photo.  She is teaching the online course.  For me it is hard to copy some one else's drawing. I wanted to follow along step by step.

The Blue Shirt

So far this has to be my favorite. I used a stencil to draw the design on his shirt. This is acrylic. Poured. We are still only using gold, red, 2 blues, and black. It has helped me a lot to concentrate on what happens when you paint mixes instead of depending on using so many colors in my palette.
I took this photo at our neighbors branding day. All of these are for sale.  They are 15x22 unframed.

French's Bargains

I took this photo in Nashville, one year when we got stranded there.  This is an  Acrylic Pour.  I am beginning to really like the acrylic! With watercolor you can make a mess because it lifts.  The acrylic doesn't.

Cabo Guitar

I took his photo in Cabo. He was walking around playing wanting tips.  I 'think' this was my first acrylic.  I kept putting it off because I had not used it.

Night Rider

We are on week 5 I think! It is a fast pace and I am having problems keeping up! This was a challenge.  I really love western art. I am sure I have mentioned that here before!

Fun Portraits

I love doing faces...I am using watercolor and gouache on watercolor paper. These are 9x12.
