"Junk Yard Shoes"
I painted this at our Ceta Canyon art retreat. It was taken from a photo of a junk pile in Cloudcroft, NM with other stuff around, and the were weeds grown up. After critiques from the group, I did away with some of the other junk in the photo,(that I had painted in) and focused on the two pair of shoes. The pieces of wood in the back probably should have been left out too. I had fun painting the shoes anyway!
