Corn Collage

Another ag painting, for the Calendar I am doing.  The Corn got a little tedious, but was fun to do.
I used some painted paper in this one. Some colors are just hard to find.
This is 9x12 on stretched canvas.

American Tractor

John Deere is the all American Tractor in my book! We have a few of them. Love seeing them, hearing them, smelling, riding.....all of those!

This was done for an Ag Calendar and is sold.

Taco Truck

I was asked to do a Taco Truck for someone who has several stores. It was fun after I got started with all the bright colors.  It is 16x20 on stretched canvas and is available .

Watercolor Workshop

I just finished a 4 day workshop. It was a lot of fun. Lots of hard work.
I had 10 signed up and due to illness, etc. 3 dropped out. So we had 7 really great fun artists all painting their own style using my drawing.  I never did get photos of theirs.

The first picture I did before workshop then I painted one along with them.
There were 2 from Arizona, and 1 from San Antonio area, and 4 from Lubbock. 

The black one has a new home.

In My Mama's Shadow

I took some photos at a ranch last year, and loved this mama and baby. The sun was shining and making neat shadows.  The Hereford cattle are so pretty. Love the Brown and white.

Old International Pick Up

It has been hard to keep painting with having had foot surgery. It is harder to get around, but hopefully I can get back to daily painting. I have missed it.

New Mexico watercolor show

I did this sketch of this saddle and horse and I liked it so I decided to try it in watercolor.

It was accepted in the NMWS show In Albuquerque NM and I found out it won an award! Am excited just to be in the show but an award is fun too!!

I used brown tobacco ink and love it. I wondered if I could use it on a painting...and think it worked!
