Christmas Art Exchange

I belong to an art group called Art Colony, and we drew names, and exchanged paintings this Christmas. I didn't open mine until after Christmas because the one I sent went to Canada, didn't arrive in time for Christmas, so I waited for her to get hers. This came from Ruth Steinfatt, from Canada.
http://wildwoodwatercolors.wordpress.com is her website address.
I haven't removed the plastic she put on it yet, but will when I get a frame.

Christmas 2011

The Powell Kids Christmas 2011.

Keri, Dustin, Karla in Pink, Kenyon, Kenley,
Hunter in gray, and Amber

We had a fun Christmas Celebration, with lots of snow on the ground!
Kenley brought Pizzas, and Karla read the Christmas story, and Hunter
and Karla were Santa, giving out the gifts. It was a very special time.
We are very blessed to have been given the family that we have! and very
thankful that God gave his Son so we would have life ever lasting.
We could never thank Him enough.

T-Bone Blanket

Keri and T-Bone with their Christmas Blanket
Painting of T-Bone
Fabric made at www.spoonflower.com with the image of my painting. I put a layer of batting and flannel, and quilted it with my sewing machine. They loved their little 'blankee'.

Lady Lake and Mr.Moon

This snow lady was done for an artist friend, who lives in Minnesota, by a lake. She writes every day about Lady Lake and Mr. Moon. Her writings are so good, I hope she will publish them someday.
