This is our Granddaughters horse 'Ellie'. She is pretty old, but a sweet horse.
This is a new style for me, and new paper. It is painted with watercolor on 300 lb hot press, which I am beginning to really like. I have always painted on 140 lb cold press which is rough. The hot press is real smooth. I see a couple things I need to work on but for the most part she is
finished.

Stunning work. Love the colours in the horse.
So pretty! I love horses.
She sure is beautiful, Suzy! Did I mention that it was so nice talking to you the other day too. Thanks for confirming what I was thinking. And saving me from having a meltdown while I tried to figure it all out! LOL
I've been wanting to try a heavier paper myself. Maybe one of these old days.
SO beautifully painted!
