Today I went to Midland and showed the art club there how to take a failed painting and turn it into something fun, as well as a piece of art.
I have been doing this for a long time, and the texture is really interesting. I explained it in an earlier post. It was a lot of fun, and the people are so friendly and easy to be with.
This is a blog of my art journey. It has been such fun, and God has blessed me with art. If you want updates of my posts, fill in your email address below. Je suis certaine que vous avez dû faire des heureuses... avec cet atelier.
Gros bisous
I just still need to paint the second version of the first that I'm not crazy about. But I sure love the way it looks when it is done this way. Such a great way to save a painting, Suzy!
What fun! I wish I could've been there to see the sunflowers come to life.
You have really found your own individual way of doing art. They look gorgeous! I wonder: I saw that you put your painting on something to make it tilt. I haven´t seen that kind before. Can you buy it somewhere, or is it home made? It looks real smart anyway. Have a nice weekend!
Thank you Catharina! I commented in your blog. I didn't know if you would see an answer here. I would be b glad to send you the pattern. It is very handy. Yes is home made.
Thanks Crimson! I hope you get to try it soon! Hope you are feeling ok!
Kay I wish you could have come too!
